    Dear Brent,

    Yes unfortunately. Our suppler can't make snus fast enough to fill our large orders, so we don't receive the amount of snus we order, which unfortunately makes delays to our customers. We haven't got an ETA on it yet, but a guess would be that it will be back instock in about 2 weeks or so. We are very sorry about this!

    This is the reply I got back from them, so I cant even get a partial order sent to me? and they said 1 to 3 days last week when I ordered!! what a bunch of BS!!!!!

      So someone is watching and I will have to give credit where credit is due. Today I got an e-mail from getsnus apologizing for what happened and they offered to help me out. While I am still a little upset about events I have decided to continue doing business with them. All that I really want from a vendor is for them to make me feel my business is important to them, in other words to do what they can to help. I am happy to see that they do care, and I hope they are able to get their recent issues ironed out and things get better.

        I have an order that has been pending for a week now. Just a generic response that said the PACT Act caused delays. I am big into loyalty if it is rewarded, and all of my snus gets purchased through getsnus/northerner. I have still not received my thunder frosted from a month ago. No updates...nothing. Despite that I still placed another order last week. They charged me, but the status just says pending.
        My thoughts would be to send a can of whatever along with letter to explain, that way I would know you are paying attention to the customer.
        I realize there are always supply and logistical issues to overcome, but don't neglect the customers.

          Yah i've had an order for 100 cans waitnig for 3 weeks, and it will likely be another 3 or more before it ships. V2 didn't do their homework and anticipate demand so now they are playing catchup. Not a whole lot northerner can do about it.

            i won't go into detail but i sell online for bs. in the last week or so i have sold a lot of snus. the largest order i have had was for 13 rolls. i do not know how those orders worked out but i have not been told to stop selling or anything like that. i did check and no one seems to have much thunder in stock. just my assumption but i think small'ish orders of thunder are getting filled before larger bulk orders. please notice i am not giving urls to any of my sites so i am not advertising in this forum and never have. this is just one snuser to another. on the other hand, i buy my own snus where ever i find the best deal or whatever. yesterday i received five rolls from snus.com without any problems. it came UPS. i read people talking of customs hits but i never had any issues in going on six years of buying. oh, snus.com offers fedex for a lower price than ups. i select and pay for fedex but it always comes ups ;-) so do what you want but there is more than one way to skin a cat.

                I have around 20 cans of mixed Items. I just wish they would send what they can, I can wait for specific items if needed.

                  I just would like the info on the web site to be correct before I place my order, I ordered only 10 cans of thunder mini and 4 cans of thunder ex. I sent a email telling them to just make the 4 cans of ex into mini's and just send me the order, but got no reply. I don't see why I have to wait 2 weeks for the order because of 4 cans that are on backorder, also I don't like how they charge when they know the order can be on backorder for weeks. I just don't like how they are doing business, at least have a number we can call to get some info. Oh and nothing personal to Fredrik, I appreciate the 3 free cans the last time I ordered and there was a problem, but I didn't expect this to happen again.

                    You know, I didn't even realize until you said that, I just looked at my bank statement, and they deducted the money on the day I ordered it!!! So I cant even cancel it without jumping through many hoops to get a refund. What kind of shoddy buisiness practice is this?? The old GetSnus would never deduct the money until the day the snus was shipped.

                    Oh well, I guess I'll get it sometime between now and next Neveruary........

                    I just wish I could at least get an email or something letting me know whats going on. If my order gets cancelled or some sh*t now, #!%#)@^%#%$@!!!! Im gonna be pissed!
