1-3 Days...

    1-3 Days...

    It seems that everything at the Northerner US warehouse is listed as a 1-3 day back order. However, that 1-3 day figure seems to be highly inaccurate. If this has been addressed then I'm sorry for posting again, and maybe someone could point me to the thread.

    Otherwise I think Northerner needs to address this matter now. What is going on?

    I placed an order on 6/24 that had a couple "1-3 days" items, namely thunder frosted minis. Yesterday the UPS ship notification was sent, and judging by the weight, it has everything. Strangely, my order status on the site still says pending, and thunder frosted minis are still listed as 1-3 days. I'm guessing the stock just isn't being reflected correctly in the software right now.

        yesterday i received a single can of thunder frosted loose that i had been waiting on for about a week i guess. currently at northerner thunder frosted loose says 1-3 days. the fact that i been in their shoes (craziness, business & customerness <- it rhymed). i wonder if they have the 1-3 day signs on to give them some slack time to try and catch up with their back orders. or it could have something to do with pact hint hint such as maybe one of the ducks they thought was in line turned out not to be in line. just a thought

          I think that most of the members here are very understanding of the situation. I just think that a heads-up on the situation would be courteous. There are many loyal customers here, and I think that loyalty should be reciprocated.

            This was posted on Northerner today:

            Order Status "Pending"

            We unfortunately have a status update problem on orders, this means that all orders are shown as pending even if they have been shipped. So if you check and your order is still ”pending” after a few days, it has most likely allready been shipped. The only orders still pending after that amount of time are waiting for out of stock products, and will be shipped as soon as the product is back instock. Some customers can also see failed orders as pending, please note that those orders are not pending! We are working on this problem, and hope to have it solved very soon. We apologize for the inconvinience.

              LoL!

              If you have a pending order, your order very well may not be pending, and has actually shipped. For all others, your order is pending, unless you didn't order at all, then, as in the first case, your order is not pending :^D

                        Okay, real time update. The sitution with everything looking out of stock in the US warehouse is fixed. So the stock indicators are accurate.

                        Furthermore, In order to communicate the uncertainty in the amount of snus we're sending across (the labeling machine is working night and day to meet demand, and that's the bottle neck as I've mentioned a few times before) we've decided to change the not in stock approximation to 1-7 days. Not much use for people waiting for their snus, I know. But hopefully it'll provide better guidance if you wanna place an order withint the next few days and you're in a hurry.

                        Thirdly, the f*ckup with the whole Pending situation should also be resolved. If your order says Pending, then it actually is Pending and nothing else;-)

                        Again, our deepest apologies for all the mishaps...

                            Whenever I 've ordered anything with UPS shipping, I've gotten a quantum view tracking notification e-mail. They scan everything, every time it hit's a new center at UPS.
