Well, at least we look to have a few more options in the future when it comes to US warehouses. There's snusjet if they ever restock, clubsnus is most likely going to have US inventory when they get back online, and Larry Waters said he is looking into the possibilities of getting snuscentral a US warehouse up.

I'm putting my eggs in the Northerner basket for the future. Choice is always good, but I liked Northerner in the past, and I'm sure I'll like them in the future. Right now sucks, but it really has to be expected. There's too much crap happening at once to expect anything other than a cluster****.

Haha, 1-3 days... sure. I placed an order almost a month ago, and I'm still waiting on some Thunder Frosted Minis and Longs. I had always been a fan of the old Getsnus site, and I decided to give the new Northerner site a try since I had never dealt with Northerner before in my life... and for my first time dealing with them, I'm not too happy... ESPECIALLY since my order history is gone, and still has not returned. I can't even check to see if my order is pending or not anymore (wasn't that supposed to have been fixed???). A shame, but I will give them another chance I guess once the pact crap clears up (well, it's not like I have many other choices currently...).
I can understand that Northerner has had a lot of pre-pact orders going on. I can also understand that Thunder Frosted products are very popular, so V2 has been probably swamped with orders. I can't understand why there is no longer any proof that I have ever placed an order with Northerner though, if people haven't been treated so well by them in the past, I'd almost suspect something extremely shady here. At least they sent me the rest of my order when I ordered it, but the fact of the matter is, it's been 26 days since I placed my order, and I ordered some cans under the impression that it would be 1-3 days before they would be in stock, and I ordered them under the impression that I would have them before PACT... and I also did business with this site with the impression that I would be able to continue to view my past orders, especially if there was an issue such as this. As it stands, I am not impressed. I want to be impressed, which is why I'm not going to let this be my only transaction with this company, but unless the next order I place with them turns out a lot smoother, I'm going to not be a happy camper.
edit: Just so things are understood here:
Being out of stock, I understand.
V2 being swamped with orders, I understand.
Not even being able to see my previous order and see if my cans have been shipped or are still pending, I am extremely unhappy with, and do not understand. If I can't see my order, how do I know if Northerner can. For all I know, I've been forgotten about, and the rest of my order may be pending forever, while people who ordered after me may get their cans long before I do.

The order thing is supposed to be fixed in about a week from now I think Fredrik said. Probably a bad time to try your first order with them, especially since V2 (who makes thunder frosted) is slow is manufacturing the snus and didn't anticipate this demand.
