    Well.....

    Northerner just cancelled my order that I put in 2-3 weeks ago. I was really anticipating it to arrive here soon since another person on this forum order the same thing about the same time frame. I know that they are trying to do their best but I waited patiently for quite some time not concerned when my order would ship then I get the below email this morning.

    “Unfortunately we had to cancel and refund the back ordered items in your order due to the PACT act. It can take a couple of days before the money is back on your credit card.
    We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and we hope you will keep shopping with us.”

    Northerner needs to get their s**t together. The last and final thing I will order is the (10) cans from the 100 club (that is if they reassign me my points back)

    Fredrick, what the hell is going on over there. The order history was wiped so I don't know when my order is coming, and I don't have the order# to provide to customer service. It's been almost a month, was my money just stolen? I mean no contact from northerner, no order history proving that I ordered something, what am I to expect?

        I’m beyond just flipping out, this is horrible work ethics. I could have order the stuff from Buysnus.com before the Pact Act goes into effect, but hell not now because it goes into effect TOMORROW!! I would think that before they dug a deep hole for themselves, they should have closed the website down for a month or even a week to get situated. Should have stopped taking new orders that they knew couldn’t be fulfilled.

        You might as well forget that order you been waiting on, they will probably just cancel it.

            God ****ing shit damnit. That is what i'm saying, I could have used that money somewhere else and bought my big order BEFORE pact, now I am forced to just hope they will send me something for my money someday. I can't believe how awefull norther has become. This is not just PACT, this is a bad business model, failed planning, and crappy employees who are not skilled in what they are doing. Whoever is running their website should be fired to. I can't believe I even give money to these people. Now I am completely ****ed by PACT.

                Same here!! The only thing I got was shipped from Sweden. Some of my 2 week old order is not even available now!!!

                        Well its been a week or more since northerner cancelled my order, but they said they would send out my (10) of ettan for the Club 100. I live in Ohio and I dont see how it takes more than a week to get (10) cans of snus from PA to OH. This is absolutely ridiculous, they even said they would send it out right away, ha my a$$. Great customer service Northerner, I applaud you for bending over your customers. Pathetic Morons!!

                          I ordered on Jun 22nd. So of course, my order disappeared the next day. Now that we can view them again, I see they have my order listed as "shipped". Not when they shipped it, no tracking #. And I have received nothing. And no response to my emails either.
