order came in record time, but missing a can! can someone help me?

Well i placed an order at getsnus on monday, because my 60 cans of goteborg's rape have been kind of wearing on me, and it came today! Everything except for a can of Oden's Kanel was there, and i know that most of the people on here have had similar experiences, and i was wondering if someone could possibly give me an email address at how to contact getsnus, or maybe a phone number. i'm awful lazy , haha

Bro yer lucky compared to some of the horror stories I've heard of people waiting weeks for orders. Seriously I've heard they are great when they make a mistake so hopefully they'll hook ya up.

thank you, kind sir. it says that my order " partially shipped," so does that maybe mean that my oden's will be a 'comin soon? i don't know why, if at all, they would bother to send one stragglin' can alone. would i have to pay shipping for that single can as well?

I would hope they wouldn't stiff you for shipping. I have never used ups before, but I have had many orders come in parts and pieces, and I was never charged more for shipping than the initial amount. I would think that getsnus/northerner would have to contact you before they started charging you additional shipping charges, lest they violate the initial terms of the sale. Then again, when you are peddling addictive substances, you can pretty much do whatever you want.

It may be awhile with getting the oden's due to supply issues but I'm sure you will get it although good to nudge them via the contact form every week or so just to make sure. I can pretty much confidently answer a "No" to being charged any additional shipping as I've always got my 'pending' - 'back ordered' items just mailed out to me as available unless the beloved PACT somehow makes this no longer a 'reach-around' option due to the costs of UPS vs USPS - just speculating here but I'm pretty sure they will still just eat the shipping and send it in the end.

yea, i suppose they do as they please. i just sent them a message, so hopefully they can help me straighten things out. Knowing that oden's is on backorder definitely gives me some reasoning. I'm gonna be damned upset if i have to pay $12 for shipping for a single can, as the US warehouse is 15 or so minutes from my house. i guess only time will tell at this point, and it's not that i'm really in dire need of this one can, i just wanted something new to try. thank you all for your really speedy responses to my real mediocre problem. it really shows how caring everyone here is, and that's refreshing. I've been trolling lots of threads that were evidence of this, but this is the first time i've experienced it firsthand .
