Northerner... magical dissapearing snus, PACT act?

    Northerner... magical dissapearing snus, PACT act?

    So, I live in Pennsylvania. This is where the Northerner warehouse is if I'm not mistaken. on the 22nd of June I ordered my usual order of snus, but also the Thunder test series....The exact order date/time according to my receipt was 2010-06-23 02:42:57

    Interestingly enough, the Thunder showed up. None of my other snus has. This is odd because I'm fairly certain the Thunder came from Sweden, and it came through UPS, no problems.

    Northerner charged my card for the rest of the snus, however I cannot view my past order. There is no record of it on the site. I have the email they sent me with the order number and all that jazz, and I emailed them about it. I have yet to get a response though.

    So, really what I'm asking is anyone else had anything like this happen? It has seemingly vanished. With no response at all from northerner and no record on it's site, AND the fact that I'm IN Pennsylvania and it still has yet to come is starting to worry me a little. Not so much that I won't get my snus, I could live without it easily if I had to, but more that at this point that money is down the drain.

    I'm thinking of doing a chargeback if I don't hear back from them soon, but I figured I'd check out here first and see if any of you guys have any suggestions, as you're all much more on the ball with this PACT junk and the goings-on than I am.

    I have a similar issue. They said that order history was not available in the site, but that they still had records.
    I am not sure why it takes them so long to respond. I imagine there are a lot of inquiries at this point.
    I have about 20 mixed cans on order, none of them have come yet. I have thunder frosted I ordered over a month ago that has still not arrived.
    I really hope something comes soon as it looks like I will be out of snus tomorrow.
    I would not charge back yet, as I think they are trying to get things into working order. This is your call though.

      That's it. Fredrik promised me my order wouldn't be canceled, but after almost a month of waiting Northerner canceled my order this morning. I am done with this nonesense.

          Yah theres another dude around here somewhere that lives in SC as well. Small world indeed! If you see portions lying everywhere, they'r mine lol.

              I'm still waiting on a roll of Thunder Frosted as well. It's been about 3-4 weeks. I'm just assuming they've been out of stock due to PACT.

                Same here.. Waiting on a roll of Thunder Frosted. I just checked my credit card account and Northerner has not credited anything yet.

                  If your waiting on thunder (which is all I ordered), I imagine your purchase will refunded shortly. Some got it a few days ago, I got mine today, and your will be next i'm assuming. I just don't see why they can't wait untill it gets in stock and ship it at that time. Maybe they prefer we pay post-pact prices.

                    That would be so messed up. I won't reorder it any time soon, as I have plenty to hold me over now, I just ordered it because PACT was looming.

                      lolCrap! I just realized I can't check my ol'e order over a month back that eventually Fredrik gave me a 'reach around' on and replaced my long sought oden's Kanel ES lös to see if it was still sitting in pending in case there would be hopes to still get it once the production catches up via V2 -to- Gajane....?

                        Interestingly enough I got my Thunder, it was the test series in the white tins. However that shipped from Sweden.

                        Nothing I ordered was back-ordered except for the thunder when I put my order in if I recall, so I dunno what's going on here... Oh well. I'm sure it'll all get sorted out eventually. If they do cancel my order and refund my money that'd be fine. It's really the money just sitting there and my not getting my product, and having no idea whats going on that bothers me more than their order-filling problems of late. That I can understand. I just hate having spent money with nothing to show for it.

                        I'm a college student, I barely afford to eat.

                          I placed an order myself on the 24th and haven't received it yet. The order still shows as 'pending' on the Getsnus site and I haven't been getting a reply to my emails. I can understand that there are some problems adapting to the new situation but some sort of communication would be nice.

                            I haven't received my oden's kanel that getsnus said they shipped the 23rd of June. It's now the 3rd of July! I will wait till Tuesday then I'm gonna start emailing more!

                              "Regarding Order History

                              Due to the PACT Act and FDA regulations in USA we have done a big system update. Unfortunately after this update its not possible to see any order history in your personal accounts for orders placed before june 23, we apologize about this. But no need to worry, the system update has only affected the possibility to see your order history, not the orders placed. All orders are being shipped as usual."
