We are at the moment not paying state taxes on the orders we ship to the US. The only real change is that UPS is the only shipping option now, as the USPS has announced not to transport tobacco any longer. Not even in- or outbound. Our UPS shipments are DDP, delivery & duty paid (by us). At the moment we don't yet fear any troubles, in particular because the whole PACT Act is very vague. It is not sure yet in how far it applies to shipments from abroad.

oh, let me rephrase that: i didn't actually order. i just put snus in the shopping cart and checked the shipping costs.

and no, i am not in the USA. i am an Austrian who lives in Turkey.

same snus in every basket (inkluding UPS shipping because the Turkish Post is...... lets just say "not good")

As long as I can get Skruf when mine is low. Otherwise I will buy from anyone and take the risk.

The Northerner has treated me well and remains my number 1 snus source.
I need to keep the pressure on for our Skruf to be available in the USA.

I received two orders from Swedishsnus.com last month. The last order arrived by mail in six days! I placed my order Saturday June, 26 and it arrived Friday July, 2. What impressed me was the freshness of the product and the packaging. All the rolls were wrapped and placed inside a heat sealed plastic bag. A large health warning flyer was also located inside the plastic bag. The mailing envelope was heavy duty and lined in bubble-wrap. I know my next order will cost more to ship UPS. However, I will order from Swedishsnus.com again. I’m a very happy customer!
