This happened to me too. You have to use the address from your drivers license. Then it workS but you cant change your shipping or billing address. I tried to order the other day but it wont let me choose a diff billing or shipping addy.
It was implied by northerner.com in some recent correspondence on my shipping addresses that in the future due to the new PACT laws my address verification address , which verifies coincidentally, is the ONLY address they can ship to. Though they made an exception for my last shipment. I on the other hand do not read the law this way. I see this as a way to verify age online, but many people will have a different shipping address and billing address. I for one get everything shipped to my office, where if I happen to be gone someone over 21 is always there to sign.
So while my age can be verified, I refuse to have things shipped to a place I am never at.
So unless PACT is repealed I will probably not be able to order from Northerner unless they keep this exception in place for me and ship to my office, if this is really the case as the letter seemed to imply. I could be wrong about this fo sho and hope I am.

When I first went there, my age verification went through and I did not use the address on my driver's liscense. I used the PO box I used to ship everything to. Of course, i had to email them and have my address changed to my street address (which IS on my liscense).
