      I was able to get it ordered on my account, but it took a really long time for the credit card screen to come up. At this point it's just a minor annoyance.

        i made a small order from northerner the other day. about ten cans give or take a couple. i had read so many bad things i just did not want to risk a larger order getting hung up. so i made sure everything i ordered was in stock and ordered. it was to my house very QUICK. i ordered late night early morning so they would have first saw my order when they came in. So if i assume they sent it out by noon that day it took no longer than 36 hours to reach my door. Everything was in good shape, most of the dates where long with the exception of some general es loose and it had about a month left on the date. a month is fine considering how few i ordered but if i would have ordered a couple rolls i would have had some old snus by the time i got to the finish line. but far as this order went it could not have been better.......except of course for the shipping cost but that's the way it goes.

          That's great to hear new orders are being fulfilled, but what about those of us waiting for orders placed back in June for items that were listed as in stock at the time? Anyone getting these orders? Over 30 days I can't dispute my credit card claim. It's my own for trusting they would get their act together.

            I placed a order on 20 July for 20+ cans. I received them yesterday, not bad service to me. I was a bit nervous because I ordered and then found this thread, haha!

              I am still waiting. Ordered on 6/22. They finally responded to my email stating they shipped it, but they will ship it again. Again though, not when they would ship it again, no follow up telling me its shipped, and still nothing. And I just know they are not going to honor the double up, which was the only reason for ordering. I am beginning to think I should just persue a refund and start all over.

                I placed an order on the 1st of July, everything I ordered was in stock. Money was taken on the 5th July. I contacted them on the 15th I think about the order. It looks like it has finally actually been shipped today. I had and usually order with cheapest delivery since it's only Sweden to Denmark (I could drive to there location in 3 hours), it looks like they have sent it with the same delivery. I understand there can be errors but it is annoying when a company does little to rectify or compensate for it's mistakes, I would have been a happy customer had they shipped it as priority mail but now I doubt I will be ordering from the again

                  Its been 3 weeks for me and I am still missing part of my order. In the meantime I have ordered 3 times from buysnus.com... each time it was cheaper, and each time I got my snus in 3 business days. also I have ordered the same things that delayed my orders at northerner. PLus my cans haven't been defaced with hideous labels.

                  I for one will never use northerner again until I start hearing not just good things about them, but GREAT things about them. Not only are they more expensive, they are super slow to ship, and have no idea what an inventory spreadsheet does for you. It's like they let you order it from them before they have it shipped from Sweden.

                      I checked out buysnus and snuscentral, which I'll begrudgingly be buying from now on. I found the prices on buysnus for my favorite snus, Thunder Frosted and Oden's Kanel to be wayyy higher than getsnus. But at least they can honor their promises, like only taking orders for items in stock or within an expected time frame, and replying to customer inquiries. Getsnus may be able to compete on price, but fall woefully short in every other category.

                      I'm a patient person, but I was so pissed at getsnus over their failures with my recent orders, that even if they get their act together, I won't be ordering from them again, just out of principle.

                        I placed an order for mix of different 10 cans of lös at 26/6 and its been shipped for 2 weeks but nothing has come.

                        Have plenty of supply of portions but tired of making them into the lös. to say the least im pissed.

                        I have had only 1 can of lös in my life and loved it but this shit has leaved pretty bad taste on lös. Companied with my other misfortune with snus, i dont like snus that much anymore

                          Lets see, they started revamping things on 6/23 I believe. It is now 7/23. In a freaking month they have gotten absolutely nothing worked out, or straightened out. I really don't understand. They truly appear to be an amatuer bunch of morons running that place. The occasional post here by them is supposed to make everything better? I would prefer they ANSWER EMAILS instead of posting here, and I for one, will no longer tolerate the "bear with us" line of BS when there are other sites running just fine. Northerner is supposed to be the be all of snus sites. Now it is the avoid at all costs website. Way to destroy a company in 30 days.

                            Everyone here seems to get it wrong every time.

                            Easy... don't pre-sell snus.

                            That is what Northerner does that makes it so shady. They sell you snus they don't have, then use your money to get it from the supplier.

                            Sure they "make it up" to you by sending several shipments. Sure they seem to try and smooth things over. But all that does is stick a freakin bandaid on the problem they themselves created with their shady practice of selling items they do not own.

                            Bottom line this is a rotten way to do business, and it shows in how many complaints I see. I will take buysnus's guarantee of no duty or taxes owed upon delivery or they will pay them, and take the risks that way before I will give Northerner another dollar. If I start seeing a bunch of awesome Northerner reviews, maybe I will give them a chance down the road, but right now that do a horrible disservice to internet sales of snus. I am going a month on one order. All they had to do was NOT sell shit they didn't have!

                              Northerner/Getsnus seems to have slowly come to terms
                              with their communications shortcomings; very slowly.

                              They need to now follow that up with more up-to-the minute online
                              information to forestall misunderstandings concerning availability of
                              products. That seems to be a point of contention that then leads to
                              the lack of communication; and the circle of discontent continues to
                              go round-and-round (kinda like a broken record).

                              You can only say "I'm sorry" for so long before it loses all meaning.

                              I like that someone is fully committed to our market
                              (US warehouses, full PACT and FDA compliance, etc).
                              Hopefully it's not too late for people to find them trustworthy
                              enough to honor them with repeat orders.

                                Hey guys. I just joined this site today after reading a lot of complains about Northerner and thought I'd share my issues as well. I'm not going to freak out and bash the company, since I just sent them an e-mail about resolving my problem and getting it sorted. I figure I'll give them ample time to correct it first. I've been using snus for quite a while now, using mostly Camel and occasionally the Marlboro crap. This is my first experience using Swedish snus. I'm enjoying a portion of Nick and Johnny right now. I'm pleased with the quality of this brand, and look forward to trying some Goteborgs Rape white portion in a bit.

                                Anyway, I placed an order with Northerner through snus.com. I received my order quickly and am quite pleased with the speed of the delivery. Despite that, They sent me one product that was completely wrong, and I was also missing a can of General which wasn't even listed on the receipt. I ordered a can of Chaini Khaini mango portion and got spice instead. Hopefully Northerner will resolve the issue without a lot of trouble. Has their customer service gotten better as of late? Does anyone have any advice for me if I do not hear from them after a while? I don't want it to come down to filing a complaint and disputing the charge with the credit card, but if that's what I have to do in the end I will. Thanks in advance for your help.
