An update: I received the first part of my order from GetSnus on 7-21; I received the second part yesterday, 7-26. Part 1 was actually shipped the day after my original post earlier in this thread. The shipping date might have been a coincidence, or it might have been a response to my complaint. Either way, I'll be ordering from GetSnus again. After reading about the challenges they've faced to this point in the year, I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. I've seen the arguments for and against, but my general inclination is to attempt to support a company with storage facilities and a shipping address in the US. In any case, I've got snus in my pocket and snus in my 'fridge again, and a couple of SM Lab Series Strong Portions (02) in my mouth--which means there's not really a dang thing for me to complain about this morning. LOL

My last order, may be my last order, as I was contemplating it for a few weeks, but decided to just do it, because I have been wanting some General, and I like a snus with my morning coffee. Hmm, in retrospect, maybe I should have went to a cigar shop? Anyway, I done did it now, and I hope there is no problem with the UPS, and I hope they got my message to deliver it to my work(ooh, I see a big centipede on my wall here at work, never seen a bug here before), anyway. But I'm in the US, and the more I think about it, it just seems too expensive now, as it was $60 total for 1 roll, 1 can, and 1 snuff. Am I the only one that wonders if this is feasable?

I was spending just about $12 a day on cigs as a smoker (2 pack a dayer) at the end of my smoking. So even with the raised costs of snus, I am still only averaging about $1.00 to $1.50 per day of snus usage. So its still wayyyyy cheaper than my smoking habit was, so I can live with it.

This is just a heads up and hopefully it will be on the way again as I am in snus withdrawl lol

Compared with that, yes, it is. Though me, I was just an occasional smoker. But I did get used to that morning snus and coffee.

I'm impressed you actually got a response to that particular issue.
I've had a PENDING order since JUN 30 for 'Thunder Berry Blend,
Extra Strong Portion' and am hoping to receive that and my Oomphs!!

Since the second part of my order was shipped to the wrong address I never got it. It was just a couple of cans but driving well out of my way to the UPS warehouse just isn't worth it so I had to admit defeat and let it go.

Welcome Mrs Carlett. I'm still awaiting word on the backstock of oden's ES kanel lös. Any word on that one? I even have another tube of it sitting in my cart which is up to about $80 now but won't pull the trigger until I get something definitive.

The Swedish warehouse seems to be working ok for EU deliveries.

Had an order sent by Swedish Post Monday 26th and received Wednesday 28th (2 days)

First thank you for the kind welcome and your correct it is Mr. Scarlett

My order is still pending but they did say it would be today or tomorrow, so we shall see. Just as a side note I did send in another website message a few moments ago asking them to verify that it would be sent tomorrow. I am not frustrated at this point like I would be if my order had been pending since june 30th, however as a new snus'er I would hope that what's happening is only an exception and not the rule in this market.

As another suggestion if northeren continues to look at this thread, please consider a few things when shipping these late orders - maybe a coupon or discount on the next order, or a bonus can of something to garner better relations with the customers who are currently waiting it out.
