The interesting part was I used the online form at northeren website both times lol, I would hope the source answering the questions I had was the same, but I believe there was a previous post that northener was adding more people to answer questions so maybe one of those replies was outsourced.

I have noticed a difference in OUT OF STOCK & IN STOCK references
between the US & the Sweden listings ... just make sure you're looking
at the correct listing (sometimes, I've noticed, the site will switch from
one to the other for no apparent reason and still quote in USD).
just want to say thank you for your patience, we are doing our best to sort everything now and are catching up. We hired two extra people for customer support and will track down every little inconvenience due to the pact act legislation. Orders are shipped out promptly as usual now.

I have had it with Northerner. They send me 2 rolls of something I didn't order, and go right back to not responding to my emails. I am demanding a refund. I am not waiting for them to fill my 6/22 order any longer. They are completely incompetent, no matter what changes they are making. They state they hire extra people for CS, and yet continue to ignore emails. Could they really have THAT high a volume of emails to answer, are they making THAT many mistakes with orders? I highly doubt it. They do not know how to communicate, and they do NOT know how to treat customers. So I am getting a refund, and that will be that. My ordering with them is over, and my recommending their sites is ovfer. I will direct everyone to buysnus.com that delivers in 3 days, FROM SWEDEN!!!! And has everything in stock that northerner says they do not. Oh Well, Northerner went and ruined a good thing.
Northerner hasn't gotten their shit together yet and I don't think they will untill probably the end of the year or the begining of next year. It just seens like with all their mirror sites and the new US endeavors it's causing a big bog down of their system and it's just too hectic for them to handle at this time. Over time I think everything will be resolved and I will continue to order with them, but untill then Buysnus it is!

I have now been waiting 34 days for a snus order place 7/1/10. You took my money and now I have nothing to show for it, other than wondering how to resolve the issue when there is no F*CKING way to contact you at all!

Have decided to go back to them when they get their act together. Placed order for 5 rolls of assorted General and Thunder with snuscentral 4 days ago. Just signed for package with UPS, 30 mins. ago. Everything is correct, and not a single cancer sticker on any of them. I am pleased, to say the least.

I just placed an order on Friday afternoon with SnusCentral myself for 2 1/2 rolls. It was shipped today (Considering they are off on the weekend) and I'm keeping track of it through the tracking number they gave. Should be here Wednesday. I wrote them a question before I ordered and they answered quick. Great service..
Thanks for the heads up about the stickers. I was worried about that.
I just ordered a roll of Thunder from Northerner and got it in 3 days. Maybe it's too early to tell if they have gotten a handle on things but it went smoothly for me.
