But you know what? I see the light now, hiring a few temps at 9$ an hour to shoot out a few customer service emails every now and again is asking too much, maybe fullfilling existing orders is too much to ask as well since doing business is so super complicated that customers should have no reasomable expectation of recieving their orders or having good customer service, maybe im the asshole here, sure i gave them money, they dicked me around for weeks, and sure they had crappy customer service and eventually canceled my order without notice, but surely I am the asshole here for expecting what i paid for. Pardon me.

Even after all this, i will still order exclusively from northerner because i am a loyal customer, and even when im a dick to my wife i expect here to be loyal, so the same applies here. I just wish we could have skipped the whole kicking me in the nuts all month and me ending up with no snus in my mailbox part.
Rick, you and fred are the only reason i would ever do business with northerner again, because i can forgive a friend where i normally would not forgive such a terrible business experience.

No, it would have been better to have ordered pre pact like i did, instead of northerner taking my order pre pact and then waiting till after pact to refund it to me. So now i am forced to purchase it post pact.
I would have rather spent it at another store pre pact ( since northerner seems to be the only one who is having problems due to pact and everyone else is shipping out v2 products in a timely manner.)

Granted, I don't know your money situation, but it kind of seems like you got hit by a train you've been watching approach for over a year.

When I find a decent temp, I'll switch agencies to follow them. The average quality of temps I have run into over the years is horrible. I kept expecting this to change when the economy turned down, but it hasn't. The average temp lasts about 3 days for me. Between substance abuse issues that impact work, inability to come to work on time or stay for a full shift, inattention to detail, etc (and etc is big here ranging from personal hygiene to theft to having the cops show up to escort them out).

Ive known about it for a while but no one thought it would pass. At least not this fast.
Secondly, I DID save my money to place one big stockup order a month in advance and that didnt work. I chose the one retailer that could not convince v2 to send them any snus.
I could never afford to order a years worth of snus upfront, and it took me a second to get the 250$ for the stockup order i did place. Thats why i am sick of everyone saying i should have sold my house and car so i could have a years worth of snus, i am not that rich, im 24 and supporting a wife and kid in san francisco, it's expensive. Furthermore, northerner kept talking about how it was going to be A-okay and that they would easily weather pact. If anyone should have stocked up, it was northerner.
Normally it would be like this: problem happens, they fix it, i rejoice. But now i cant even get them to respond to me. And i was a temp for years and every company ive worked at has temps or short term summer jobs, if temps had no value there would be no temp industry.

is snuson.com northerners support help desk? ive never had any issues with northerner that they did not correct. with that said, if i paid for snus and waited 2-3 weeks and after waiting my order was canceled i probably would be upset. just thinking out loud here but it seems like if problems were dealt with in private they would not grow to be public issues. like i said before, ive never had an issue with northerner that was not dealt with.

The fact that PM'ing Fredrik and RickCharles on this forum is necessary for customer satisfaction is unacceptable IMO. Yeah they always help out, but should it really get that far? Why can't they just handle issues directly so we can avoid using this forum as a customer service vehicle?
I do think it's important to bitch about this stuff, especially for the new snusars who will be watching like hawks for their first order of snus. The message is clear and we all seem to agree: Don't order from Northerner right now.
