Okay, I don't mean to rant, but I've seen a lot of this and I felt like speaking my piece. Sorry if this seems negative, but just wanted to voice my opinion.

This doesn't really apply to the newbies, but guys who have been around a while - c'mon. We knew better. We had time to stock up, and can't be panicking now because we KNEW what was coming. Remember the story of the squirrels - one stored up nuts for the winter and the other didn't store up anything? Well some of us saved up and were ready for the PACT aftermath, some didn't and are now seeing the consequences. Guys, we knew better.
Northerner is a large company and has acquired a new site, and a new US warehouse, as well as handling distribution for a few other people. Granted, they may have their hands full - but a little understanding. Whatever problem you have, I'm sure it will be fixed in time. Your order is taking a little while? Post a thread asking for help to get some snus from those who have extra, there are a few of us who have a massive stock. Or do a trade. But don't panic and freakout. We all need to take a chill pill right now because it's annoying to come in here and see nothing but Northerner hate threads. They're very busy and soon it will all calm down, but we KNEW it was going to be like this after PACT. No one can honestly say they expected this to go easy.
If there's all this Northerner complaining going on - can you keep it in one thread (you could even use this one), or PM Fred your issues, or email Northerner customer support? Granted they aren't going to get back to us in a timely manner - and that's to be assumed due to how busy they are. But us freaking out and all that isn't a good thing. Yeah, there's been screw ups, delay of orders, and various issues - but they're a relatively small company, and are expanding. There's going to be some hiccups, and any issue you have I'm sure Fred and the crew will work out in time.
A lot of us come here to talk snus, and it seems like every day there is a new "i hate northerner" or "where's my snus?" or "northerner order times" or something coming up, and when there's 10 out of 15 top threads that are complaint threads and maybe 5 snus discussion threads its kind of annoying. Can we keep it one place please?
I know I'm not a mod and have no control over SnusOn or what is discussed here, but we all need to relax, chill out, and trust that in time these issues will work out.
