It turns out that adding some Thunder Toothpaste minis to my order is what is holding the order up. Frederik or Frank, if you see this could you take the Thunder out of the order? Don't even like it that much.

Northerner always did alright by me. They were thrown a lump of shit, just as we were. Give it some time. My only issue is having to use BROWN for delivery. The USPS is far superior to BROWN. Brown is an outfit who employs has beens as far as I'm concerned. A professional outfit is FedEx, IMO. Brown sucks and it's a shame we have to use them. I probably will never order from Northerner again just because of that. And as well because I live in MA. Remember kids. BROWN IS THE COLOR OF SHIT!

I have said it before and just want to be clear. Northerner has always made good on every order i have ever made in going on six years. While i was trying to be funny with my brown nose comment I was referering to some of the seemingly almost "advertisements" for certain snus shops Also what seems like personal slams on people who do have a valid reason to complain. say a person sent $250 to a cell phone company for a new phone. they waited three weeks, no replies to their emails and then their order was just canceled. i don't know anyone who would say they were wrong if they complained. turn it around, what would a business tell you if you asked them to send you $250 worth of product and let you pay them in three weeks. Business is Business. they would tell you to get lost

Not sure if I am being harsh, I live in the UK and have ordered many times from northerner.com for many years and never previously had an error...
Now I ordered last monday and selected UPS saver as they will leave the parcel with a neighbour if I am out something beyond the british postal service who will take it back to their depo and you can only collect from 9-3 monday to Friday or 10-12 Saturdays!
First off I was a little conccerned as when I went to check for my tracking number a day or so after the order, I then saw out of stock next to my order for a roll of Montecristo portion I contacted Northerner using the web form (Sorry a side rant here I work in ebiz and normally anyone not listing a phone number or at least an email address does not really give a s**t about customer service no matter what they say, just my 2c) they replied within 24hrs saying it was a web glitch and my order had been succesfully shipped. I then tried to get a tracking number which I had not received from them, so back to the web form and waiting... I received this reply:

Dear Scott,

Now no mention of refunding my additional expense for the service I paid for or offer of a credit on my next order, nothing just "sorry enjoy the wait".
Once again back to the web form to ask how they would credit my account the difference.. NO REPLY, It is now over a week and still no Snus...Completed the web form again yesterday and asked for further feedback, or when would they consider my order lost (inside europe I can get a parcel to or from sweden with regular postal service in 3days max!) I am not trying to moan I just would like: A) A response from Northerner after their litany of errors B) my snus!!!
This is my first post so if nothing else glad to have come across a snus forum which makes the frustration at least a little worthwhile!

Normally I receive a reply by the next day. This is not a normal
time.
I have had Fredrik see that my account was credited anything I was owed.
I believe they will make it right once things settle down.

Am I nuts though or why is a change in US law affecting European orders? I am not trying to be suspicious but I find 8 days to ship a packet from near Stockholm to London is a tad unbelievable... So I suspect the parcel was not dispatched when they claim it was, as yet again today there is still no reply to my web form completion and the post man came and went at 10:20 with 3 letters and no snus!

Look - this seems really obvious to me - but - we all know Northerner are having problems but you still order from them?
Why not just order from somewhere else until Northerner sort their sh !t out.
Northerner have been having problems for ages now and yes it is affecting European orders as they must be hellish low on stock.

with an Indian shop here and may have to resort to smoke signals
(but then I'd have to take up smoking again!!).
Someday we'll look back on all this and wish we could still afford a beer to cry in!!

I like Buysnus. I've used them and Northerner for almost everything since I started snusing. Until Northerner get straightened out, check out Buysnus.
