              So wait, a bunch of people who ordered 200+ cans from Northerner before PACT are saying we shouldn't get mad at Northerner for taking more than a month to get out regular-sized orders? I suppose you could be right.

              I should be mad at jackasses who overreacted and made thousand-dollar orders before PACT, so those of us making sub-$100 orders have to wait forever. The early bird gets the worm, I suppose.

Granted, they may have their hands full - but a little understanding. Whatever problem you have, I'm sure it will be fixed in time. Your order is taking a little while? Post a thread asking for help to get some snus from those who have extra, there are a few of us who have a massive stock. Or do a trade. But don't panic and freakout. We all need to take a chill pill right now because it's annoying to come in here and see nothing but Northerner hate threads. They're very busy and soon it will all calm down, but we KNEW it was going to be like this after PACT. No one can honestly say they expected this to go easy.

                      If there's all this Northerner complaining going on - can you keep it in one thread (you could even use this one), or PM Fred your issues, or email Northerner customer support? Granted they aren't going to get back to us in a timely manner - and that's to be assumed due to how busy they are. But us freaking out and all that isn't a good thing. Yeah, there's been screw ups, delay of orders, and various issues - but they're a relatively small company, and are expanding. There's going to be some hiccups, and any issue you have I'm sure Fred and the crew will work out in time.

                      A lot of us come here to talk snus, and it seems like every day there is a new "i hate northerner" or "where's my snus?" or "northerner order times" or something coming up, and when there's 10 out of 15 top threads that are complaint threads and maybe 5 snus discussion threads its kind of annoying. Can we keep it one place please?

                      I know I'm not a mod and have no control over SnusOn or what is discussed here, but we all need to relax, chill out, and trust that in time these issues will work out.

                      This is Northerners fault for not preparing, not the consumer.
                      I have been waiting almost two months for an order.
                      You can't expect everyone to have the financial ability to 'stock up'
                      I buy around 10 cans per month, not hundreds at a time.
                      Either way, I did not think anyone was bashing...just telling the truth.

Hell, I was downright depressed for a little bit, because I NEVER thought something like this would get passed in the U.S....but here we are. As a company, our post PACT vision is big, and the changes we made are for you...the snus users. Good things coming in the future people, hang in there

                        For years Northerner has provided our snus, myself included, with the best prices, widest variety and the best customer service around, and we will continue to do so. All I ask is that you see the big picture....and that is, yes we're having a few hiccups, many of which have already been remedied, others we're working on. When it's all said and done, we'll be selling online and into U.S. brick and mortars. Which is the ultimate goal....providing you with the best snus, priced right and available in your local stores or online. Please forgive the shortcomings of late, and remember that we're working as hard as possible to answer all emails, PM's and phone calls.

                        If anyone has problems, feel free to contact me...I'm not the webstore guy, Fred is, but I'll always do what I can to help out one of our customers. Several of you already know this to be true. If I can help out, I will.

                        Remember that none of this is possible without you guys/gals. We hope that we've earned your patience and future business.
                        I understand. I know you guys want to do good by the customer. For me the only real issue I have is communication. I do not mind being patient, but I like to be informed.
                        I have 100% faith I will get my orders. I am just lower class and can't afford to stock up, so I have been out of snus for about a week now so I am sorry if I seem bitter, I am just having

                              Here is some good news about Northerner. I stocked up early due to PACT, but I had 1000 bonus points I couldn't use until about the middle of June. When they became available for use, I ordered a roll of Thunder Frosted. Of course, we all know how those haven't been shipped out. I figured I would eventually get it once everything was sorted out... then realized they won't be able to send it to me because I live in Iowa...

                              Moments ago, my mail came. Two white envelopes from Sweden, each containing five cans of Thunder Frosted. I'm very happy.
