Interesting approach to getting free snus.

What's interesting is how Northener can't approach filling an order without screwing it up.

I ordered 40 cans from northerner & 15 cans from Buysnus on sunday. I recieved them both yesterday. I guess I got lucky!

I wish they did. I have an order 1/3rd that size that still has not shipped as well as missing items from the previous order over two months old.

When my order finally said shipped, the tracking number came later that night in a email.(same with my second order)

LOL UPS screwed me up today,they didn't ring the doorbell, they just put out the sticker saying they need a signature and will deliver it on Monday. But they didn't ring the bell because my dog goes nuts when you ring it,and I was home all day. so I called them and told them what happened and that I wanted him to come back,he did come back about a hour later, and this time he rang the bell and the dog went nuts,I opened the door and told him if he would have rang the bell this would have happened and I would have answered the door. all he said was thank you and took off. So I get my thunder mini open and quess what??? the mini seems to have about half the tobacco in the bags, I cant win..LOL

I do to. Just that my account was charged 2 months ago for something I did not get yet. Have you ever had that happen? Of all of the stuff I buy online this has never happened.
I think I am being very patient. I do like being young

In the future, if you are someone who pays his credit card balances, in thirty days. Let your cc card co. know, that you have not received something, they will contact vendor/seller on your behalf. They may also delay payment, until you notify of receipt of goods. And, being young is good. With age comes wisdom..;-)

Mine finally shipped (partial order) but I unfortunately didn't get a tracking number and don't know which address it's shipping to. I had asked them in various emails to send it to my work to make signing for it easier.

Good luck. My recent trials and tribulations with them started with an email to their customer support pointing out that I wanted the shipment to come to my office, informing them that the website was not updating my shipping address correctly and asking if they could do it manually or advise me on what I needed to do to get it to the right address, where there would be an adult to sign. Three days later I get an email telling me that my order will ship to. . .you guessed it. . .wrong address.

Oh, and I have both called and left voicemail AND emailed them regarding my shorted order. Been at least 6 days now. I hear all these calls for being patient but how patient am I supposed to be? Even a canned email response or a voicemail msg stating that they're having problems would have been welcome. Being ignored is not an option in my world. Next call will be to my credit card company this afternoon asking for a charge back. Next stop after that. . .BuySnus.com
