If anybody cares, I posted my order on July 5th and I am getting my shipment tomorrow according to the UPS tracking number I got. Not bad I'd say. I would have liked it sooner, but can't complain.

Northerner finally stepped up and sent the very last part of my two week old order to me, a shipment of Gelivar straight from Sweden. had absolutely no communications as what was going on (bad!), but they came through finally (good!). So they got it right finally. Things will get better.wiki "Popcorn Sutton" a true COOT!

I've read this whole thread and I'm surprised at the apologists that coddle Northerner. Here's the situation simply. Everyone has seen PACT coming for a long time. As a retailer, Northerner and GetSnus should have been well prepared for all of this; for the expected glut of users looking to stock up beforehand and the ensuing problems afterwards. Is this US market for snus really so big that this PACT issue has crippled their service not only to the US, but to other countries, as evidenced in this post? Why are the other snus companies like buysnus.com able to deliver to their customers without a hitch? Why is the communication between GetSnus and the customers so absolutely piss poor? I honestly wonder if PACT has much of anything to do with GetSnus's poor service record since being bought by Northerner, or if it's something like credit issues, etc. with Northerner not being able to keep enough stock.
Either way, no amount of excuses can explain GetSnus's poor customer service. As has been previously stated in this thread, is it so hard to respond to customer's emails in a timely fashion with a meaningful response and expectation of when customers can expect their orders to be shipped? Maybe a banner or link on the main page to let users know of their difficulties in maintaining stock? Or are they just looking to take the money and make the customer wait til whenever they damn well feel like sending out their order?
Needless to say, whatever the reason is, they dropped the ball big time, and will suffer for it after losing so many loyal customers like myself. I'm pissed at the terrible experiences I've had with getsnus, but I'll move on and give my money to a company that knows how to run a business.
I'll venture to guess the folks at buysnus and elsewhere are raising a glass to the incompetence of northerner and getsnus in thanks for the glut of fleeing customers they're receiving.
And for the apologists, yes, we should have expected northerner to be so incredibly incompetent and sold our first born child to stock up on snus.

Since the new law was passed in USA we have received an extreme amout of e-mails, this has unfortunately made the respons time very long. We will have more people answearing e-mails in 48 hours. We will answear your question as soon as we can, we apologize about the long respons time. In August or September we will also open up a 800-number for customers to call. We will employ one person in the US who will work with customer support.
