Northerner complaints/issues.

    Whilst I am considering using buysnus on my next order,(just to get a skruf order in before the implementation catches up with the law) I think you would be re-mis in filing claims with the BBB. It will only be Northerner at one point or another. I don't think that reporting them to authorities is in anybodies best interest. PM rickcharles here and get satisfaction..... don't bury these guys, it won't matter when they are the only game in town. Not to mention buysnus is not doing a damn thing for the snussin public, when it comes to getting snus in B&M stores.....

      I'm with you on the reporting but I know firsthand how frustrating it is to wait over a month and a half for product already paid for. And not even get anything offered to make it up to you!!

      We're in the same boat here. Sorry you've had no response from the Helpdesk but I will caution that
      • Only do one issue per ticket
      • Make sure your order number is mentioned in each ticket (critical)

      Learned this the hard way... Had 3 issues languishing for over a week with my first ticket.
      Closed that ticket and filed 3 separate ones and finally got satisfaction (but not overnite)

      Try that and sees what happens.


      BTW, on FRI the 13th I was assured by Nicki at the US warehouse, "We are expecting the thunderberry any day now. We will ship it to you immediately as soon as it comes in."

        In regards to the thunder berry , they have been saying for a month and a half any day now. I was told tomorrow, week, it's stuck in customs in philadelphia, God only knows what line they are using now. Bottom line is, they are the ONLY vendor sold out of thunder berry, everyone else has it in stock, and ships promptly. I am DONE with the jackasses at getsnus / northerner.

        For those in charge of this circle-jerk, you already lost a bunch of customers, care to explain any of this?

            I have a complaint. I want to try some tre ankare and some t. wolf natural pouches, but I dont want to pay 20 dollars in shipping or wait around to sign the stupid permission slip. Damndable PACT act.

                  I asked for my order to be canceled and a refund on my Offroad Frosted portions. They said they would be happy to do so and my order has moved to a "canceled"state. Just waiting on the money to be posted back to my account. So I wouldn't call them crooks or report them to BBB. Just seems they are having supply issues. In the mean time don't order anything that is not in stock if you aren't prepared to wait. This was my first online order ever and I made it somewhat blindly before I read about the issues they were having. Since then I ordered from snuscentral, but I will probably give Northerner another shot if they have what I want in stock.

                      My order for Offroad Frosted shipped today. They must have V2 products in stock. They were short of them, and V2 was behind or something but from what I hear the V2 line is flowing again.

                        Good Luck getting any of your old orders. I asked if I could substitute to get the order from JUNE closed out.

                        Great, I think. More than just backordered items are being held, so I will take ANY substitution to get the rest of it. I send this through the new ticket system: If it is the Offroad Frosted holding up my order (#xxxxx) from June 19, would you please change it to Offroad Cranberry so that I can get the rest of this order?

                        Their reply: The remaining items in order 664924 has been cancelled and refunded. We are sorry about the delays, and hazzels.

                        WTF!!!!! And hazzels?!! I guess I learned a new word. Hazzle: the act of taking someone's money for items that are in stock that go out of stock when you take two weeks to process their order it goes out of stock, hold ther money, interest free, for over 2 months while making excuses that everything will be worked out, only to toss it all in the end and expect the simple word of "sorry" to solve it all.
                        I tried to be nice and sent this mesage to them: I was sent an email stating I could change my order for something in stock of the same price. I get back to you with the substitution using this new ticket system and now you change your mind and say you are dropping my order. That makes no sense and does not make me happy. I have been VERY patient for 2 months while you held my money and the in-stock items I wanted most! I wanted to support a state-side business and understand the havoc supply and the new laws caused, but this is unacceptable.

                        This is all I get for a reply: We have change our system and I have received instructions to refund any items that are still pending I find in the old system.


                        Ugh!!! It looks like I will have to become a regular snuscentral customer. Since this is how a $200+ order from Northerner is treated. The reason I was willing to accept any substitution is because the Offroad frosted was going to be a goodbye/goodluck gift to a guy head out, but he's already in Afghanistan and I was hoping to get the rest of my order before he actually made it back home again. Anyone know who else sells the KickUp Mints for my husband that has been out of them for over a month and sneaking in to my snus supply?

                          Gemini I'm sorry to hear about that.. That's why I'm sticking with snuscentral\buysnus as well. We all know it costs a little more but "you get what you pay for".

                                Man, I waited for 2 months for my last order from northerner, and after many problems and struggle, Rick finnally made it happen and it got to my house. I was so happy, untill I opened my second roll that is. So far i've got at least a good 15 cans that are completely useless because the portion bags have deteriorated or some shit, because they are all busted open in every single can. That's like 50$ worth of snus lost right off the bat, and I havn't even opened any of the other rolls yet, they might all be that way.
