Question regarding snus delivery through UPS

Can anyone over the age of 21 sign for a delivery of snus through UPS, or does it have to be the person whose name is on the shipping label?

Correct. Anyone over 21 can sign. Odd that it is 21, I am not aware of any state that is higher then 18 for tobacco.
