Beware: Those that use a PO Box

    ~~
Just a heads up to anyone that uses a PO Box. UPS can't ship to PO Boxes. You need to put in your street address (you can use both, as long as your street address is in it).

I ordered from Getsnus, and used my default shipping address (was still my PO Box). Everything went through so I thought to myself: "huh, I didn't think they shipped to PO Boxes. Cool.".

2 weeks later my package is still in a UPS hub warehouse (been there for over a week). They will not let me change the address myself so I had to contact Getsnus and have them contact UPS to change it. I mailed them maybe 4 days ago, but my package address on tracking still hasn't changed.

So, fair warning if you didn't already know.

They really need to put that warning on the payment page or just make it so you can't put a PO Box as your address like every other site I've mail-ordered from does.

That happened to me in a sense... I forgot my apt
    # I just drove over to the ups deal and signed for it. It was across town and I had to take off from work early but it was worth it.

I'd do the same, but the hub it's at is over an hour drive away. If it doesn't get fixed, I'll just wait for a refund and re-order. Not driving that far for a 70 dollar order (2 rolls).
