Who can I talk to about order issues at Northerner/Getsnus?

I just got my partial shipment yesterday and I noticed that my promotion was not honored. I was supposed to get double the Jakobssons....That did not happen.
Why? Who can I talk to?
I submitted multiple emails before this shipped reminding them of this promotion, and that my order was placed in the correct time frame.

Just noticed, Why did getsnus take the link for snuson off the website?

hmmm, they better honor mine as well. I have been waiting since jume 22nd. I emailed them countless times. They finally replied yesterday saying they did ship my order but will ship it again. They better honor the double up, thats the only reason I ordered it, to get the double up before they had to remove it the next day.

I noticed the forum link was gone. Did that point here?
Every time I clicked the link I got an under construction page.

• Maybe new customers coming over from Google (or wherever) won't be tempted to visit snuson and revel in all the complaints (and some accolades)?
• It seems that the product pages all have The Northerner as the browser header so the temptation would be to go straight to the papa source?
• Maybe a complete merger to Northerner will occur once all the bonus points are carried over? Why maintain 2 sites that are pretty much identical! (Getsnus login also works at northerner.com.)

Why bother with 2 web sites, 2 warehouses, etc.

The forum link made sense for a few weeks after the switch - so the existing GetSnus members would have somewhere to go...
