Firstly, please let me apologise for the lack of attention to your helpdesk ticket and the time it has taken to respond. We have had a major system update with many troubles across the board (some technical and others of a non-technical nature) that it has been difficult to answer every single query.

We are desperately trying to make amends for the lack of quality service in the first few weeks of the Pact Act being introduced in the US but are confident now that we are able to provide a service equal and even better than before the huge system updates.

We expect these products this friday.

You're right. The last email I got from UPS almost 2 weeks ago was
for my Partially Shipped PENDING order... It wasn't 'til I picked up
the package that I found out I only got 2 rolls out of 7 (and they
were my bonus rolls!!).

The message I got from Vladimir concerns the remaining 5 rolls.
If I get them next week my backorder will only be 5 weeks old!!
