    From The Northerner website:


    We have moved to a new and better managed ticket system. All the old queries from the existing system have been imported to this new system so don't worry about your existing query not being answered.


    We will get to it as soon as we can. The new ticket system can be found under Personal->Helpdesk and you can create a new ticket from there. All subsequent replies can now be made directly from your email instead of having to come back to the site. If you prefer to use the Ticket Manager under Personal->Helpdesk to reply you may do so.

    Interesting.

    They sent me an email, wanting a response to their no-reply email. So I wrote back on their site, still haven't gotten a reply.

      When I checked out Getsnus earlier today there was very little information available. They have since added the following, which should reduce the repetitive questions concerning availabilities.:

      Age Verification for US customers
      Make sure you always enter your address of recidency. Our 3rd party Age Verification software will not approve your purchase otherwise.

      PO Box addresses in the USA
      Unfortunatly UPS does not let us deliver to PO Box addresses in the USA.

      APO addresses in the USA
      Unfortunatly UPS does not let us deliver to APO addresses.

      Increased response time
      With the passing of the new laws in USA we have been overwhelmed with e-mails, which unfortunately has increased the time it takes our customer service staff to answer your queries. We will get back to you as soon as we possible can and we very much apologize for the current situation.

      I'm assuming here, since there's nothing on the page about it, that this has to do with the Indicator section of the form. What, exactly, are we to choose for Indicator?

        Maybe it's not active until a first message is sent.
