August 03 New support ticket system in place

We have moved to a new and better managed ticket system. All the old queries from the existing system have been imported to this new system so don't worry about your existing query not being answered.
We will get to it as soon as we can. The new ticket system can be found under Personal->Helpdesk and you can create a new ticket from there. All subsequent replies can now be made directly from your email instead of having to come back to the site. If you prefer to use the Ticket Manager under Personal->Helpdesk to reply you may do so.
