Well, I got to try the new Getsnus ticket system this morning.
Did I have success with it? Time will tell. The system certainly wasn't set up with the end user in mind.
It's actually a multi-step process with no option to go back and correct anything you've already filled in, possibly erroneously. It reminds me of a no-turnaround maze. Some of the Criticality and Category choices are not very helpful, leaving you to guess at a choice that might not get lost in the mix of messages. For instance, evidently in laid-back Sweden nothing is Critical; you get to choose between Normal and Low! And don't get me started on the categories; suffice it to say that in Sweden, evidently, choices are very limited (but hopefully fulfilling).
To really make confusion the order of the day, the Order page has changed -- it no longer shows anything but what has shipped with no way of knowing what was ordered, shipped, or backordered... in other words, the actual order no longer shows; very confusing!
In trying to emulate the Swedish attitude, I will now stuff my mouth with a mixture of soothingly high-kicking snus while I await acknowledgment, and hopefully resolution, of my ticket.
In order words, how long before I get my ticket punched??
