      It looks like they're doing some upgrades, finally can see what didn't ship along with the availability...I wonder if they put this availability in when you're ordering too!

        This must be for Northerner; the bastard child Getsnus shows no changes in setups.

        My Bonus Points don't get carried over to Northerner.

        YET my Helpdesk ticket at Getsnus shows up at Northerner!!!
        The results are the same, though .... nada.

        I'd call this strange, but f*cked-up would be more appropriate.

          I feel ya, I haven't been able to get an answer from them either. It is promising to see updates to their website, but they also need to respond to their customers as well. I also don't like the fact that they charged me for items they don't have in stock, IMO they should charge you only for what they send you. I'm just happy I got *most* of my order so far...they convinced me to add the Gotland before I completed my order too by telling me I could add it without any additional shipping charges!

              Yeah, I did a trial order also and got 2 free offers which, like yours, added $5.44 each to the order.

              Getsnus, with the same trial order, offered nothing.

              Now that's the American Way!!
              Tell you the shipping is free but don't make it clear that the product itself isn't.

                    I can understand stuff being out of stock and the updates on the website do list things that are backordered. BUT..... charging me before you actually have the product to ship takes balls. They are going to have to get things running smoother and have a substantially lower cost than competitors before I consider ordering from them again.

                      I almost said Swedish optimism but let's face it, they're not the only ones who do this (maybe one of the few, but they are not alone).

                      I have a few Swedish acquaintances, but they've been in this country so long that they've become almost completely Americanized; Swedish pastries and bonbons they'll gladly discuss but not much of anything else Swedish.
