Fred and Frank were both very helpful to me when the
PACTCRAP hit the fan. It did take some doing to get an
order finally finalized, but through no fault of theirs
(manufacturer's out-of-stocks!).

I just want my oden's ES Kanel Los. It has still been showing as a product at GetSnus and Teh Northerner for X months with a 1-7 day stock expectancy. I have an order I've put together with another 10ct (roll) init sitting in my cart for 3 months but havn't pulled the trigger yet cause its still out of stock. I know this isn't your fault as to being back-ordered and It was noted back in late June that there would be a delay but this is getting to be a Loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong time, no? Is this snus forever gone and no longer in production?

FWIW, I've never had any problems with Northerner. But, I avoided all the PACT nonsense by stocking up early.

I just placed my first post PACT order with Northerner on Saturday, and I have snus in hand today (Wednesday).

I had a problem, but I received my merchandise. I placed another order Monday, it should be here tomorrow. I don't feel I need any compensation. Posts such as this I find encouraging.
