Over the last 3-4 years I've ordered well over 300 cans from Northerner without any issues. Not to say they haven't made the odd error, but they always came through if a can was missing, or opened.
Over the last month I've been having a bad experience with them. I've spent soo long building up my points to get the 10 free cans, and now YOU CAN ONLY SPEND WHAT YOU EARN THAT MONTH???
What do i do with 1056 useless points?
Also they declared that they are not responsible if their packages are incorrect (assuming people were taking advantage...you know who you are, bastards)
It takes longer for customer service, my snus takes another day or two. Every package before summer took 4 days shipped to Ontario Canada. My orders were always under 5 cans, usually 2 orders per week to avoid customs.
