I was on a snus run today and headed to the Cigarette Outlet in DesMoines. Walked in and noticed the General fridge was a little low on stock. No los, a few cans of OP and some mini mint. I asked if this was all they had, the clerk said "yes that's it for General, but we do have this other stuff". In a box in a glass cabinet was Jaks Classic Strong, Jaks WG Strong and Thunder Frosted ES portions. AND they were charging $3.69 a can. Came away with 6 cans for just over $24.00, would of got more but that was all the room in the budget right now. Still, that made the trip worthwhile.

Another store for DesMoines is David's Briar in Merle Hay Mall. Not a large selection but had Thunder frosted Los and WG portions, Jaks Mint and WG and some General. Also had an interesting selection of snuff.
Two more stores that as far as i know only carry General are The Tobacco Hut on Hickman and C&C in Ankeny.Comment

Hey, if you didn't know, every Kum & Go gas station in Iowa now sells General. The one I went to had sample packs for sale and Op, Wp, WG, Mint, Mini Mint, and los.Comment

Haven't checked in here for a while. I only found out today Kum and Go have General. Stopped at one in Ankeny today for gas, was real surprised to see it. Haven't checked out our local one yet. I am looking for any shops in Minnesota or Wisconsin that sell any kinds of loose Swedish Snus. I really do not care which brand at the moment, although my favorites were usually General and Goteborg Rape. There are a few gas stations around here that have General Portions, but I really want some loose. It has been a few years since I have had a tin of some loose since I stopped for a few years and really miss it now.. I would prefer if the shops were in Northern Minnesota or Northern Wisconsin, but I will be doing some traveling to some more Central/Southern parts of both states so I am open to any suggestions. It really sucks to see how horrible the shipping charges have become on snus these days. It is not even worth it unless you order at least about 3 logs and I just do not have the money to spare right now since I am just starting a new job and got bills. Any help would be much appreciated.
