    Package was addressed to my home address.
    It just the law. If I order from company and companys name(sender) is on the box, then it considered as distant sell(free translation) and it will be handled by one law. But if there is only person name(sender) on the box then it will considered as personal stuff and will be not taxed and checked. Of course in real life it is more complicated, if you are private person in Estonia and you want to buy tobacco from company(as I did) then you must have officialy licensed partner in our country. For private persons there is non.
    At least so was I told.

    But I will wait and see, what real happens. There is a chance that nobody wants to deal with this and they will give me my package.

      Hah, well they are messing with you, or really they toughened our customs regulations after the SWW case. I ordered from GN last autumn and got it hassle-free. I smell some utter bullshitting taking place...

            Jan it is monitored and We send all orders as we get the only problem vi have now is that we can not yet fix UPS and our sistem to work properly , before automatically we could do that now we do it manually , sorry for inconviniance we will fix it

                            Uvex and others - You MUST have at least a roll of snus left in your fridge when you make an order. If your order has not reached you by the time you finish that roll of snus then the time it takes is unreasonable. This is the generally accepted rule of thumb.
