Hi GN,

in my first roll i have in every can 1 open portion

is this normal?
I order a new roll today and hope that there is no open portion in it ...

It's not normal no. I had a roll like that - only one and it was no problem. The tobacco was still in the pouch and was therefore still very much usable.
I go through a lot of this stuff and I can assure you that it's rare.

Mr.GN I tried my first Oden's cold portion today...I am a mint snus lover and am really happy with this product.

The can design is great. The portion quality/size is good and consistent.
The flavor is a delicious, clean & fresh spearmint taste.... And the burn.....I love the burn, I haven't felt a burn like this since I started using snus!!! I know some love it and some hate it, but I love it and the cold portion burns just right.

Great product GN.

I look forward to seeing cold flavor in extreme, sterk or los.

I also still hope Oden's lime will make it to the US market.

GN....how many portions are there supposed to be in the Oden's 69 Dry White? I just received an order from SnusCentral with two cans. When I opened the first it looked a little sparse so I counted and there were 14 portions. I opened the second can and it was the same. Is 14 portions in each can right?

+1.... Couldn't agree more.... I'm not a mint fan, But I Really like Oden's cold portion and the burn...

really hope Oden's lime will make it to the US market. I had a sample of the Oden's Extreme Lime Portion way back and am dying for it to come out.... Mmmmm! When will we see it is the question?

Yup all mine had had 14 and on one occasion, 15 portions.

Thanks Skell18, I didnt realize that.

I love the taste of this brand but it makes you pause when the price is the same per can as other varieties yet those others have 30-40% more portions

Guess I will have to stick with the Original which I assume is somewhere in the 18-20 portions range?

I love the 69 and original, it is much cheaper per can than others, don't forget the price range its in those brands don't have many more portions in and GNs product is vastly superior. Try the Oden's original, the 69 is just the white portion of it, same price 18 portions in a can.

I totally agree with the superiority and have been a fan of both types since GN emerged in the spotlight...I prefer the 69 White because the Original can get a little strong in taste sometimes...for me the Oden's 69 has a more subtle and cleaner peppery taste. I could use the White 69 all day long; the originals sometimes get to be too much by days end.

I know what you mean, I can keep a 69 in until there is no flavour left at all, about 3 hrs, have to dump the OP after 2 because it has run out of flavour. I love how the flavour gets strong in the Op though, can't get enough of Oden's OP and 69.

Daer brother in Odens Original Portion and Odens 69 White Dry Portion is the same amount of tobacco but in 69 is less water we go after total weght not pouch quantaty our machines are like that

That makes sense...I guess you start out with the same amount of tobacco but due to the extra water in the original portions it stretches that total quantity out to 4 more portions since you can only fit so much in a pouch (again due to machinery I imagine). Thanks for the info GN!

PS: In the grand scheme of things this isn't a big deal, it was just my first experience with the new can design and upon opening it looked different versus what I was used to...as Skell said I can keep them in much longer so a can of 69 lasts about the same amount of time as the Original
