Dear GN,

I have a question I have always wondered about regarding the moistness levels of brown/original portion snus. Possibly you may know the answer being a snus manufacturer yourself.

Why would it be that some tins of portions are really moist, some medium most and occasionally some are quite dry? Also I'm curious during the moisturisation process are the portions just sprayed with water or some kind of tobacco mist (including any flavourings included in the snus)

I have noticed moisture inconsistency in General loose (I mean LOOSE). It has nothing to do with age of a particular can, i had in one batch cans of snus with slightly different moisture levels. Even the famous GothiaTek quality control can not prevent that.

Wish they sold small self-moisturisation kits for when you get a dry can. Like with every roll you buy you get one kit specific to that brand just incase

I can't help but think there's more to the moisturisation process than water as when I add water to dry cans myself it's just not the same some how. Just kind of makes the portions a little soggy to me.

Interesting to know this happens with los as well.

Dear Chad All chains Like Statoil , OK 8 and so on do not cary our produkts becose we did not felt that we have a produkt to go with our factory is 2years old and only now we are satesfyed with some of our produkts in Sweden there are 14000 stores 1600 we sell our produkts and we distribut by our selfs if you understand what i mean
