I used to own a company testing Big batteries in cellular phone sites in the Baltimore and Washington area, they quit testing them 3 years ago, and now I work for my old competitor removing all the bad batteries that have not been tested (all of them) now the sites go off the air when the system transfers during the generator transfers, and they scream for an emergency battery replacement.
