And if smoke would black the lungs then also tongue and lips of smoker should be black.
I think those photos are fakes.
(Smoking it's dangerous and could give cancer, but a lot of people gave bad information because don't' like smoke, I don't like cabbage, and the smell, I could write (if I was a scientist) that second hand of cabbage smell could give cancer, If someone of FDA or EU belive in me, could write on cabbage: this vegetable it's dangerous for helth)...sorry if i'm not on topic
