GN, the tobacco will clump back together when it is moist. I made sure it was hydrated before I sent, all it needs is to be worked through a sieve again. I ground that tobacco by hand for weeks. You do realize that the extreme tobacco makes a very powerful snuff right? I use a sieve to fluff and separate the snuff before using it. It was hot and moist for its travel accross the US to California. I really wanted you to be happy with it. But if you can grind it much finer, I can send instructions on how to make it there at the factory, just like snus without so much koksalt.

The grind of the tobacco is the easiest part to change. I am sad now................

You have the right equipment to make a speed batch. Just like snus GN, ferment with elevated PH, batch process just like snus, add a little salt, dry, and sieve out the fluff. A little bergamot, or eucalyptus, camphor, voila!

It does need to rest a bit after, but it will do that in the corner of the snus room.

What is really needed is to reach into the center of a bale of tobacco and select the heart of the best tobacco, rest is easy peasy!
