Hmmm...............no GN, Who is Örjan? Is it a round thing that sits besides the desk GN? You do know how rare a MR. Jack in the box is, right? And if not, just know it took over a month of searching to find one, I got ripped off once in the process. And I think that with that in the car, you would be protected! If you ran into trouble you could just pull it out and the bad people would be way too busy peeing their shirts to do you any harm. You can email Örjan at the site and ask him for the UPS tracking number for your order and he will give it to you, no problem. With it being the weekend though you will probably not get a reply until Monday or Tuesday at the latest, but he will get back to you, he's a sound bloke.

I assume you have the same problem that I had, about 14 days ago. Everytime I logged in, the UPS-option vanished on checkout and some Swedish Post options appeared instead that partly wouldn't even be viable on international shipments.

Solution: go to "your account" (address) and press the save button, even if everything is correct. After that, UPS is available again.

I guess something must have gone wrong with their database.

Still waiting for that lime sample I had to be available for purchase...any idea when that will be?? Also, the vanilla that Ip was able to try was great, and would love to be able to buy that. So many flavors aren't available to those of us in the U.S...

I'm very surprised by that, but can very well understand your frustration. Maybe the GN folks are up to their eyes in orders and will reply shortly? The only thing i can suggest is to keep raising the issue here on this thread and hopefully GN will see it, and when he does, you can be sure he'll sort it out, don't worry.
