Hello V2,

Let me tell you that I love your products. They helped me quit smoking. Thunder frosted long is on my regular daily rotation. However, I had a problem with the last roll I bought.

So far the last 3 cans that I have opened from the last roll, 40-50% of the portions were ripped open, not in the ends, but right in the middle. They dont have that "sealed seam" that you can see in most portions, where it feels kinda rugged. Its just, open, not seal seam at all.

Hopefully the rest of the roll isn't like this. Why is this happening ?

I tried letting you guys know through the contact page in your website, but no answer.I just wanted to make sure that you guys are aware of this, hopefully It doesn't affect the production and It was only one batch.

I know you guys are very busy making awesome snus, but I just wanted to let you know because thunder long portions are my go-to choice snus for when im at work, and I'd love for you guys to fix this so it doesn't happen in the future/other snusers.

Normally, not-sealed, opened portions wouldn't be a issue for me. As I don't mind tobacco floating around my mouth, (I LOVE los snus, its better IMO) , but I must use
long portions at work because they are discreet; I cant be talking to customers and superiors with an oreo-mouth of tobacco (im sure you understand)

I think it was 8 or more portions in a can of Phantom Whites I had that were open and busted all in the can.

Second, I know you probably could use them.............but you paid for a product and you should get the product you paid for. The guys at V2 are stand up guys. I think they are having some problems with one of their portion machines. I thought they had fixed the problem but it seems the fix did not take. regardless the problem you encountered seems to be pretty wide spread at the moment. I hope they will be able to get it fixed soon.

You guys actually think I threw those opened portions away? LOL

Let me remind you that I live in Canada, I pay 80-150% tax on my orders. When I order snus, Its because I want it and Im gonna use it.

I would never, ever, ever, throw any snus out. Unless I become a millionaire or someone who can afford to throw money down the toilet. Not me

as mentioned in the letter, I love Los snus, I like it better than portions and that is What is use at home and when im out with the guys. But I cannot use los at work talking to customers and superiors that way. I just can't

Of course I used those portions.
All the opened portions, that couldn't be used used at work were used at home. Simple. However, as Snusdog mentioned, it's not what I ordered to my mailbox.

I LOVE this product, I just want to let the guys at V2 know about my experience with my last roll i purchased, so this small issue can be fixed and me/other snusers around the world can keep on enjoying one of my favorite snuses!

I have same problem with Offroad Wintergreen, 5 portions from my first can was broken. I hope that others cans i have (4) portions are properly sealed.

2 months after and a whole used roll of busted portions....not a word from V2

Tried email from their website, tried Facebook, tried posting here....nothing. Not even a "okay, we are aware of this". Never returned any of my polite, well written messages.

Im very disappointed at V2, specially knowing that other companies make a considerable effort to listen and get any feedback from their customers.

Its a shame because I loved Thunder long, but I'm not gonna purchase another roll to "gamble" with the quality of this product.

I seem to remember these having the same problem when they first came out. I have bought a pretty good amount of thunder frosted and haven't seen it yet, so it may be hit and miss. Then again the last couple of times it was not portions.

I agree with you, Their regular OP and Los is a fine product, never had a problem with those.

But the reason i bought long portions is very specific....work.
