V2 Phantom Classic White Refill bag

    Hi V2,

I have a question about the classic white portion refill bag I've seen for sale. Seems like a really cost efficient way to buy snus, and I'm really tempted with it despite having never tried Phantom WP.

Is the bag resealable once opened, or would I need to keep it in a freezer bag as well?

    Thanks

    Hi

The bag is resealable... but the portions are very dry (25%), so i do not think they will dry out.
So you can just add ad water and after some days you will have an "orignal" portion - or add some other flavor, and you will have an new snus type..

Can you split the bag up? Remove half and use those as white portions and add water to the rest to make original portions?
The refill bag is in my mailbox tomorrow.

I don't see reason why not.

How does one go about adding the water, and how much should be added?

I'm imagining just putting some portions in a can, spraying some water over them and leaving them for a few days to absorb the liquid. WOuld that be right?

I would do just like that. I have flawored some white portions with whiskey etc.. And it takes about few days to marinade in fridge. :P

              Hi
if you like it weet add about the same weight in water as you have in weight of portions... but best add little less - you can always add some more.

You can always split op the bag if you want...

From my understanding, the refill bags are similar to SnusX buckets, except the packaging is different.

Not sure if its because mine sat in the post for so long (over a month), but they're really not good. I tried putting a bunch in some old gotlands cans with water but it didn't make much difference. Has a funky fishy smell and lots of the ammonia stink... I'll go back to them in a while and try again, but as of now they are strictly emergency portions I think, haha.

I told you salmon flavor wouldn't work! :^D

The ammonia should dissipate over time. That's a sign of fresh tobacco. Not sure about the fish. Snus seems get fishy notes for some reason. If they taste ok, that's all that really matters.

Started by Marc and Patrick Vogel, V2 Tobacco began manufacturing Swedish snus in Silkeborg, Denmark in 2006, to the same exacting standards that snus manufactured in Sweden is.
