Sorry to ask again but don't think i asked properly last time... do Northerner Purified Portions give you all the MAOIs that regular tobacco snus gives you? And, if not do they give you more MAOIs than you'd get with nicotine replacement products? Thanks.

Hey Ansel.. I think they do but not as much because they clean the tobacco so much.. But when I used NRT's to try and stop smoking I could always tell something was missing.

I am going to agree with that. Northerner snus is way better than any NRT out there and yes they do get rid of your cravings.

Okay ABW... so if some of the MAOIs are lost in the cleaning process would it be possible to add just the MAOIs that are missing back into the mixture assuming they are not harmful to your health?

See the bold section below.. It's obvious that some things stay with the tobacco after the process is completed but I really have no idea as to what and how much.. It makes since to have the major alkaloids in there since a lot people believe that's part of the problem with NRT's but only Tillce would know numbers...

"After the purification and impregnation the tobacco was then tested for nitrosamine content (TSNA, i. e. NNN, NNK, NAT, and NAB). The total content, was at least less than 0.1 ug/g dry tobacco. Thus, as indicated, the total level of nitrosarnines in the tobacco can be selectively reduced without substantially reducing other levels of components in the tobacco, such as carbohydrates, starch and cellulose. Frank promised that they are making a stronger/bulk portion that will be ready soon.. They are just trying to get the FDA stuff/packaging done...(at least on the US side). Hhe said Fall...

How are we looking frank? You mentioned that you had the bags and were waiting on FDA clearance.. Can you give us any info? New Nic Levels, Flavors etc... Is boost going to have the higher nic?(I hope so)...

Another question.. If this new Snus law goes into effect and they ban flavors where does that leave the Northerner/Tillce? If the only Snus they can offer is wine and dine...well..ouch...

Yes, an update would be nice especially on the tobacco flavored Oomph. Just an idea, it would really be nice if you offered sample packs of the new flavors, say with a few portions of each flavor, at a reasonable price so we can try something before buying a bag of it.

It's still in the pipeline, but regarding sample packs...they are a thing of the past and you can thank the FDA for that.

I just have to ask how far up the pipeline? Does it still need to be pumped up from the well or is it starting to drip at the faucet?
