I would suggest contacting BuySnus directly and tell them the situation. Perhaps they can then check you out via your Norwegian id and then set up your account. The few times I have had to get customer service from BuySnus they have been fantastic.

The bloomington location has a selection of basic general products no los though. And your lucky to find a can that isnt within a few days of expiration. So if he goes to ISU IWU or Elmhurst his options are just nearly expired general.
