    A Question For The Pros

    And anyone else who creates branded food. How do you maintain a flavor profile over the decades, or do you? Seems to me little errors in flavor would creep in, and change the flavor over time, but when you compare the current batch to the previous, it would be the same for all intents and purposes.

    That is why you take a bottle from several barrels that range over an extended period of time.............it is also the charm (and the risk) of a single batch pouring
