It's obviously bergamot flavoured - when I smell a can of Gotlandssnus Yellow I smell the same kind of aroma as I do with J & H Wilson's S.P no.1 snuff. I feel like I have worked out the right kind of tobacco to use to get the flavour right - but I'm struggling with the flavouring oils - no bergamot oil I have ever bought has come close to the taste you got with your discontinued snus. Where did you get the oils from? And was it purely bergamot oil or a blend of other citrus oils with the bergamot?
We need answers to be able to still enjoy the best snus ever created on this planet now you refuse to make it. Please answer me - if you no longer want to manufacture this snus what can you have to lose?
Cheers
Squeezy
As you may think i canĀ“t give any recepie away
Get hocked up with a great Flavor vendor in the us ( A tip is: Horner international USA ) and get some samples of high quality flavors and try to mix a recipie lookalike you self..
The flavor is also very much from he tobacco blend, try to mix many different aircured tobaccos to get the flavor you like./Jimi

Squeezy, I think this is what Jimmy is referring to. A good supplier of food grade flavorings. Sosa is one of the best when it comes to essences for Gastronomic science. There are a few companies here in the US that can custom create essences but they can be quite expensive. What you're looking for is a true essence without an alcohol base as alcohol based flavorings have the tendency to either add off flavors or dissipate too quickly when heat is applied. Just my culinary 2 cents. :-)
