This is to any of the online dealers or Swedish Match or Snus users. I was wondering if anyone had heard that if there were going to be any brands other than the General line offered to local tobacco shops.

While I like General Wintergreen ok and guess I could make myself use the others if needed since my tastes have changed since I tried them before, I just would like a little variety available. Only General I haven't tried besides any of their los is the Maxi portion but that is on my Northerner order from last week (still showing as pended from last Wednesday) so I hopefully I will like that. I hope that if General is all that is available that they will have all of their choices.

Currently we offer General White Portion, Mini Mint, Wintergreen, Loos and Original Portion on the US market. While we can't say anything in detail it is not unlikely that more General SKU's will be made availible.

Just my opinion but I think general, except for GW and mini mints is just not well suited to the US taste. Much better would be

Much more palatable to North American taste. I don't mind a bit of bergamot and pepper but it may not be the best way to introduce snus to the US market.

I like the idea of 0102, but not the actual product.
Exalt was a great idea too, but that didn't work out did it?
I'd hate to see people's first impression of snus built around products that haven't proven themselves and end up being discontinued in 6 months.

Thanks for the update. The cigar shop that is convenient to me finally got his cooler and General in. I bought a can of mini mints because I like having them every once in a while. I really hope that your Extra Sterk portions is one of the SKU's because that is my favorite snus. I like the nic hit and really love the taste better than any other snus.

I haven't got a date for extra sterk in US yet but we are launching a completely new General SKU in US during February. Due to large consumer demand we will introduce General Mint White Portion. The request for this product has been brought up here on the forum as well as on the US market. So I promise you that we do listen very carefully to your hopes and wishes regarding our products even though it may take a little while before you find them executed on the market.
