To add to your question... I'd like to know if Northerner will open a store front at the PA warehouse, even if it's just unofficial where you submit the order online, but pickup in person. That could help out a lot of people on the east coast.

As I understand it, this still needs to pass the House and then be signed by the President. Both are forgone conclusions, in my opinion, even though it will make President Obama one of the biggest hypocrites in history. Ah well.

Having said that, I don't see PACT being a big issue for Swedish Match. They already have the infrastructure to distribute snus in the USA(The 'General' line already is, in fact), and if they decided they want to manufacture here as well, they can do that too. They can make it available in nearly any capacity they'd like to.

Yeah, just read an article from yesterday. Guess the Senate passed the bill, but they made a different version than the House passed last may. So now it has to go back to the House for approval of the changed bill, then it goes over Obama's desk for final approval or veto.
